$150 in revenue = 20% Direct Revenue Share (DOUBLE) = $30

advertising sales. This Direct Revenue Share income is in addition to what you earn in the

FAQ’s for Marketing Document
When do you pay out the direct revenue share?
The direct revenue share is processed every week and paid weekly. The revenue is verified
and payments arrive about 2 weeks after the transaction. So it’s done weekly but there is
about a two week lag time for payments.
When do you pay out the global revenue share pool?
The Global Revenue Share Pool is paid out once a month, seven business days after the
close of the previous month.
How do I make sure I get paid from the Global Revenue Share pool?
The Global Revenue Share (GRS) runs on a calendar month cycle so you need to make sure
you are an active member at the end of month to ensure you get paid on your shares in the
pool.
Do I have to join by a certain day of the month to qualify for that month’s pool?
Yes – you need to have an active membership on the last day of the month to qualify for the
GRS. So the exact day during the month does not matter but having an active membership at
the end of the month does.
When do you pay out the direct revenue double commission (100% matching bonus)?
The Direct Revenue Double Commission is paid out on the same pay cycle as the GRS,
which is once a month, seven business days after the close of the previous month. Since you
have all month to complete the $150 in revenue to earn the bonus we have to wait till the end
of the month to award it. You can even get it easily by sponsoring a new member or having a
new member renew on the quarterly plan which is $150 in revenue. You could do that on the
last day of the month and be fully qualified for the bonus that month.
Is there any limit to the amount of people I can sponsor (refer)?
The simple fact is this: your income potential is unlimited, and you can sponsor as many
people as you like. As a matter of fact, that’s a great way to build your income with gibLink.
We have many 1000’s of members who have referred another person to gibLink. Some
members have sponsored more 5, 10, 50, 100 and higher – we have one that sponsored
over 600 referrals. The more you do, the more you get, that’s how it works. Go to the

If I don’t sponsor anyone, do I still make money?
Yes you do – every active member has shares in the monthly pool so you would still earn
income on your personal shares. If you want to maximize the amount income you would
receive without sponsoring others we would recommend the yearly membership which has a
full 12 shares each and every month for 12 months.

What makes the share value increase?
There are many things that raise the share value. One example: A larger community
generates more web traffic, which brings more external advertising revenue into the
community, which means share value goes up. Another example: as our members generate
revenue through web services, that additional revenue raises the share value, which means
we can share more. So, as you can see, the share value has a lot to do with your efforts. Our
goal is to help you build the community larger and larger so that increasing external
advertising dollars that come into gibLink continue to raise the share value for years to come.
Why do you award more shares in the GRS for a quarterly/annual plan vs. monthly if
it’s the same price?
Shares are awarded using a number of factors, but two of the most important factors are
longevity and commitment to the community. If you commit to a longer membership we want
to reward you for that commitment. We’re able to leverage subscription income into other
areas of the community, so the members that commit for a longer period of time allow us to
do more to advance the overall community.
What are the types of shares I’ll be awarded in the GRS?
There are 2 types of shares you’ll be awarded in gibLink.
Personal Shares – monthly shares we award you for your personal subscription in gibLink
and for sales that you generate. You’re awarded 1 share per $50 in sales volume.
Matching Referral Shares – monthly shares we award you as a match for the people you
refer to gibLink. This can grow very quickly since we award you 1 share for referring a
monthly member, 3 shares for referring a quarterly member and a full 12 shares for referring
a yearly member!
How many countries does gibLink have members in?
At the time of this writing, we’re in 160+ countries on six continents around the world.
Do I need a special computer or internet browser to access gibLink?
All that’s required is an internet connection. We are compatible with all computers and all
browsers. Not only can you use any internet connection, you can access gibLink from
anywhere on the planet – even on the moon with the right kind of satellite connection. We are
worldwide organization and welcome members from all over the globe.
How does gibLink allow members to communicate without email SPAM blocking
difficulties?
gibLink’s community operates on a closed email system allowing you to communicate with
people within the community via email, forums, chat rooms, direct instant messaging…and
much more.

How long do my shares last?
You’re awarded personal and matching shares each month that you’re active in at the end of
the month and your referrals are active. The shares last for the length of your membership,
and your shares renew when you renew your membership. So shares are awarded each
month that your membership is active at the end of the month. For example if you enrolled on
May 15th on the quarterly plan you would be awarded 3 monthly shares in pool for May, June
and July. Then on August 15th your membership would come up for renewal and you would
have the option of choosing monthly, quarterly or yearly.
How much is a share worth?
Running estimated models using the data from previous months we estimate that the share
value would be around $3.50. At the end of each month we will calculate and publish the
share value. So you will be able to track it month by month starting with May’s share value
which we will know the first week of June.
How will I know if the value of shares changes?The share value will be published and all
members will receive payment for the shares they have. You will be paid on all your shares
each month. We can not predict the exact share value until the end of the month since we do
not know how many people will be on each plan (monthly, yearly, quarterly).
How many shares do I get when I sponsor someone else?
You get a matching referral share for every personal share they get, and those shares are
awarded according the length of their membership.
Monthly Membership = 1 Matching Share for that month
Quarterly Membership = 3 Matching Shares per month for 3 months
Yearly Membership = 12 Matching Shares per month for 12 months
How many shares do I get when I renew?
Personal shares are award based on how you renew your membership:
Monthly Membership = 1 Share for that month
Quarterly Membership = 3 Shares per month for 3 months
Yearly Membership = 12 Shares per month for 12 months
How do I benefit from the efforts of other members in the community?
Since we all share in the global revenue of the company we are all working together. As other
members bring in more members and sell gibLink products and services we all benefit. We
benefit from sharing in larger revenue pools. We benefit in increased external advertising
dollars that come into the revenue pool but don’t create any additional shares.

Can gibLink benefit an existing business I have?
Definitely! You can network with 30,000+ people in over 160+ countries via blogs, chat,

additional cost. Many members have increased other businesses they own in addition to their

When I sign up someone, do I get my full direct revenue share right away or is it
spaced out over the time period that the person joined or renewed for?
The Direct Revenue share is paid on the full amount that the member paid when they joined
or renewed. So for example when you sponsor a new member or they renew on the quarterly
plan you would have $150 in personal revenue right away. You would initially receive 10%
($15) on that then at the end of the month since you have $150 or more in revenue for the
month you would receive the DOUBLE (100% Bonus) of another $15. The Direct Revenue
share is not spaced out over the 3 months. The same is true of the Yearly plan which
generates $60 then another bonus $60 at the end of the month.
What revenue counts towards my $150 direct revenue double bonus requirement?
Any new sales volume that you generate in a calendar month counts towards your $150
requirement. You can generate sales volume in a lot of ways, including referrals, renewals,
sales of web services and other products.
